- โทรออกเพื่อแจ้งเตือนการต่อภาษีรถยนต์
- รับเรื่องการต่อภาษีรถยนต์จากลูกค้า และดำเนินการด้านเอกสารการต่อภาษีให้ลูกค้า
- โทรแจ้งสิทธิประโยชน์ต่างๆให้ลูกค้า (ไม่ใช่งานขาย)
- รับสาย Inbound เพื่อตอบปัญหาทั่วไป
- ทำงานจันทร์ – ศุกร์ 09.00 -18.00 หยุดเสาร์ – อาทิตย์
- ปฏิบัติงานที่ ตึก AIA ถนนสาทร (BTS เซนหลุยส์ )

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints. – Calculate leasing amount.
- Manage the daily reports.
- Coodinate with related parties to solve the problem.
- Working hours: 09.00 am – 6.00 pm
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Location : AIA Building ( BTS Saint Louis Station )
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
- Male / Female Age : Not over 35 years old.
- Thai nationality.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Experience in Call Center or Customer Service related fields. (Financial and Leasing field would be advantaged) Minimum 6 months.
- Good command of reading/written and spoken in English.
- Computer literate; MS Office -Excel
- Good service mind.
- High responsible, good attitude and able to work under pressure.
